How to Add This in Blogger

1. Go to Blogger Dashboard → Click Theme → Click Edit HTML.
2. Find </body> and paste the JavaScript above it.
3. Go to Theme → Click Customize → Click Advanced → Click Add CSS → Paste the CSS.
4. Save changes and check if the Table of Contents appears.
